VenSara is an independent software development studio based in Kandy, Sri Lanka. We're a small, focused team of engineers and designers who build AI-powered products, MVPs, and custom software — working directly with founders and teams who want speed without sacrificing craft.

We operate as an independent studio rather than a registered corporation. Every engagement is backed by a clear project agreement between you and our team, and we stand behind our work through transparency, direct communication, and a track record you can verify.

Terms of service.

1. Operator

This website (vensara.dev) is operated by VenSara, an independent software development studio based in Sri Lanka. VenSara is not a registered company or corporation. All services are provided by the individuals behind the VenSara brand under individual or project-specific agreements.

2. Services

VenSara provides software development, design, and consulting services as described on this website. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement between VenSara and the client.

3. Project agreements

All paid work is governed by a project agreement signed by both parties before work begins. That agreement will specify the scope of work, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality obligations, and any other terms relevant to the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence.
